Just need to send to distributor for warranty

Right now it's owned by a previous staff that have no affiliate with the old boss. I had prolem with a gaming headset and then walk in to their shop. To my surprise, two ppl are cleaning up the shop. I walked up to them and asked what happenned, they said the boss had run away and they decided to start a new shop on that location. They were kind enough to claim warranty for me for free even though they had nothing to do with it. For your information, I had dealt with this staff multiple times and I could say he's trustworthy. I had build 2 computers and buy multiple accessories from them.

Shit I just RMA 3 Sapphire 280x cards to them a while back, haven't collected yet..

I hope they are with the distributor, but I don't know which they use.

Anyone got any ideas who I should call to track down Sapphire cards?

I still got another few cards under warranty with them, zz.

Strange cos they just moved to new ground floor shop recently, it was quite big with loads of stock. The staff did look damn miserable tho.

Do you have you graphic card serial no? If no, then the chance to track it is very slim

Yah found it already, the ex-staff (1 or 2 of them) is working at the new shop, luckily the guys are honest trustworthy people - he still has my cards.

Gonna collect from him next week.

Just because the previous boss is not trustworthy, we should not label those ex-staff as non-trustworthy

Not to say they definitely can help you, but they are willing to try for sure.

got 1 lenovo tablet and 2 lenovo desktop from them before.... they are very friendly ...and price is good.......
last 2 week went there the shop disappear........
now I learned the lesson to deal with online shop.....esp never buy anything big amount with those warrantly by the shop i.e. ap sets...

Don't gamble and contribute to uncle Lim family.

for those loss their money, the one should blame is the feiton owner, maybe can report to the police with the bank account info.

Still not too bad because their ex-staff continue the It business, maybe they can help in warranty issue with free or little charge.

Too many IT business nowaday, maybe some of them are just having business for money laundering, make the real sellers hard to maintain their business.

I rather pay abit higher, to get promising service after sale.

eh how do i claim warranty? My CPU i bought from them not working very well recently. motherboard keeps blinking out red light on CPU LED
