First time see the hob at this location; between door and window. I'm not sure if its practical but will measure mine if its possible to do this.

Do you like the lighting on the KC? Somehow I think 1 T5 is better.
*
well, my house design, that is the best place to put the hood and hob...

for the lighting, the photo dont do it justice....actual lighting is much nicer....

Will white kitchen cabinets turn yellowish after many years? If depends on materials, can advice what kind of material will most likely turn yellowish over time.

white nyatoh definitely turn yellowish after some time, since its what I'm planning to use.
That is what the salesman told me, but still going for it, thinking might touch up back after sometime.

hello, pricing depends on what kinda of granite/tile material are u going to use, both are about the same.

but in a long run, i'd say granite can last till u move to your next house. biggrin.gif

White will turn lilttle yellow which i can it off white. Wood material will not affect the colour to turn yellow but the paint itself.

Will it look weird if aluminium cabinet doors are different size? i dont mind it but the aluminium kitchen cabinet maker does not agree with it. He was every door to be same size.Homogeneous. The reason i want the sizes to be different because i always bough accessories which are different sizes because his shop dont have accessories.

Well, if the door or window open during cooking and there is wind blowing, the heat transfer will not be efficient and will end up using more gas. Try to avoid unless necessary.

I guess he meant that granite last longer than tile+cement.
Long enough till you decide to move to another home.

Yup, it is possible, provided that your new cabinet measurement is same with your old ones. smile.gif
