Will white kitchen cabinets turn yellowish after many years? If depends on materials, can advice what kind of material will most likely turn yellowish over time.

White will turn lilttle yellow which i can it off white. Wood material will not affect the colour to turn yellow but the paint itself.

if you want to spray paint high gloss, why use nyatoh? that is such a waste imho
should just use MDF
if you want glossy doors, can also consider acrylic on MDF. I dont think it will turn yellow and also the finish doesnt depend on "good workmanship" like spray paint.

I guess he is using the kitchen door with wood trims, as such it is usually made in nyatoh timber. MDF board is good for spray painting as it is very smooth. MDF should not be in contact with water else ...

Thanks.
