Why Iceblink has level capped at 50?

Does anyone here playing DH on both PC and PS4?

how do you get damage above 1billions constantly? people are saying they get 5b, 10b even 15b. i try to pay attention to my damage but can hardly see it reach 1b. Maybe i am too concentrate on killing, standing far away from the mob also 'hide' the damage from my screen, but definitely not getting anything like 10b or 15b.

they total it up probaly, per hit impossible

i dont think so, as that is not what they sound like when mentioning it.
i think might be possible using UE ancient set, with max discipline on all gear, +15% multishot damage on all gear, +15% element damage, + 3 add damage gems. But how many people have those gear?

Maybe not max discipline, but enough of it, 15% multishot on all the gear that allows it IS common, definitely people can stack more than 15% elemental (cold/fire/etc) damage as well, and 3 legendary damage buff gems that are leveled high enough is also common. + not forgetting the right damage buff passives, and also elite damage increases. All these are not as rare as you may think.

However still with the above I'm not sure if these contribute to the billions of damage being mentioned. I haven't played my DH in a bit.

ya.. that why i am confuse.. and also plus the RF ring, that add a lot to the damage.

Can I assume the Max dicipline you can have is 81? 12 each from cloak, weapon and quiver and 15 from preparation rune?

don confuse dh is really making amazing dmg wether is UE or NAT, but in party wise mayb there is buff from other team member, that make it possible making that big number.

ya i think that the max u can get. 70-80 is very good range

Yes I got 81 dicipline non season....with legacy SOJ its 93. Season only 77

Legacy SOJ gives a max of 10 right? With Manald Heal you get another 10. So max is 101.

Ahha... Yes yes.... 101... So is this better than using FR on non seasons?

FR is better. I tried with SOJ+RORG+Cindercoat. FR still has higher damage albeit lower cast count.

Guys, how do you guys maintain hatred with UE? o.O granted, I haven'tt watched any videos from Dfans if there are any.
