i second that, buying frm that seller indicates that u've already gone thru the T&C. it depends on d seller whether to share the cost of repairing anot, but he's gud enuf to giv u a desktop charger [/quote yes, but this is my first charging and he should responsible for it because how can i check that his phone can charge or not during cod ? should i bring him home and wait until charging finish then only pay him ? he should provide warranty for something that cannot check during cod and that is a good seller. thanks |

QUOTE(-vip3rleon9- @ Aug 30 2006, 10:11 PM) well.. not taking sides here.. So PPL should remember this that dont ever buy anything from him since no warranty will be given and buyer should check kow kow and try charging the phone until finish and then only pay him.but i think crazyrock has the choice of not refunding the buyer.. this is cuz he has aleady mentioned that his goods are not covered by any warranty and that the buyer should buy it at their own risk.. but since he is a good man who tried to help you by giving you a desktop charger, why not just accept it? like i said i dont thing bring two batt. everywhere is a good solution/idea. thanks |

QUOTE(hise @ Aug 31 2006, 06:35 PM) for me he is not a good seller but a good person because he should provide warranty for every item he sell. about the year, when we trade in phone to shop they will surely check the manufacturing date. this is call principle.. he stated no warranty mean warranty n he doesnt need to give u a desktop charger as well besides, trade in phone they will not check the phone manufacturing date they will check the warranty sticker instead |

The price of the product has been factored with no warranty. Who knows if warranty was included the selling price might have been higher. When hise purchased the product he/she were should have been aware of the T&C thus have purchased the product with the knowledge of no warranty offered.
In this case I would believe CrazyRock has the right to refuse any compensation/refund. It would be considered goodwill of the seller should be agree to provide any form of compensation. hise may ofcourse ask for compensation/refund but it would be up to the sellers discretion. |

@ hise
u agree, he accept then that a fair trade the point where you says he should've provide warranty for everything he sells is un called for if he could manage the business without providing waranty then it is his ability as a businesmen this is not US where splashing hot coffee on yourself( because of your own folly, your could ask for compensation from Mc D the law now seems to be favouring those who is initiative(meaning those who want to pursue the case) but going back to the basics, crazyrock put out something to sell, with T&C and you accept the deal, along with the T&C then this should'nt be a problem to start with |

i think you should refund cos he cant test whether the phone can charge or not during purchase. i dont think he can make any mistakes by spoiling the during charge.

Its not excellent/100% problem free if it cannot charge. |

BTW the seller want to bear some of the repairing cost it would better. |
