i second that, buying frm that seller indicates that u've already gone thru the T&C.
it depends on d seller whether to share the cost of repairing anot, but he's gud enuf to giv u a desktop charger smile.gif

yes, but this is my first charging and he should responsible for it because how can i check that his phone can charge or not during cod ? should i bring him home and wait until charging finish then only pay him ? he should provide warranty for something that cannot check during cod and that is a good seller. thanks

well.. not taking sides here..

but i think crazyrock has the choice of not refunding the buyer.. this is cuz he has aleady mentioned that his goods are not covered by any warranty and that the buyer should buy it at their own risk..

but since he is a good man who tried to help you by giving you a desktop charger, why not just accept it? laugh.gif

So PPL should remember this that dont ever buy anything from him since no warranty will be given and buyer should check kow kow and try charging the phone until finish and then only pay him.
like i said i dont thing bring two batt. everywhere is a good solution/idea. thanks

no matter the seller is right, he already clearly stated no warranty given....so what for refund ?...buyer must understand the word of (NO WARRANTY GIVEN). doh.gif

for me he is not a good seller but a good person because he should provide warranty for every item he sell. about the year, when we trade in phone to shop they will surely check the manufacturing date.

this is call principle.. he stated no warranty mean warranty biggrin.gif
n he doesnt need to give u a desktop charger as well doh.gif
besides, trade in phone they will not check the phone manufacturing date doh.gif
they will check the warranty sticker instead smile.gif n no, the sticker is not applied once the phone is manufactured biggrin.gif

no warranty given means u either test evting on d spot or else...anything happen aftertat is ur own biznes

if u think u cant test sum of the functions on d spot u can ask the seller to provide perhaps at least a small warranty on certain parts..e.g. sum of them ask me to provide extended warranty in case they cant test sum stuff on d spot(charger), n yes i agreed, if u din ask, den u got nobody to blame smile.gif

come on lah bro in his thread already stated no warranty provided so why you still wanna argue like that?

anyway seller already offered 2 solutions, split repair cost if below rm30 or giving you a deskstop charger. so you still say he's not a good seller? i would say should be very2 reasonable already.

The price of the product has been factored with no warranty. Who knows if warranty was included the selling price might have been higher. When hise purchased the product he/she were should have been aware of the T&C thus have purchased the product with the knowledge of no warranty offered.

In this case I would believe CrazyRock has the right to refuse any compensation/refund. It would be considered goodwill of the seller should be agree to provide any form of compensation. hise may ofcourse ask for compensation/refund but it would be up to the sellers discretion.

@ hise
u agree, he accept then that a fair trade

the point where you says he should've provide warranty for everything he sells is un called for
if he could manage the business without providing waranty
then it is his ability as a businesmen

this is not US where splashing hot coffee on yourself( because of your own folly, your could ask for compensation from Mc D
the law now seems to be favouring those who is initiative(meaning those who want to pursue the case)
but going back to the basics,

crazyrock put out something to sell, with T&C
and you accept the deal, along with the T&C
then this should'nt be a problem to start with

i think you should refund cos he cant test whether the phone can charge or not during purchase. i dont think he can make any mistakes by spoiling the during charge.

Try to stand at buyer position man, if next time big amount involve & same situation happen to u what u will feel? sweat.gif

BTW the seller want to bear some of the repairing cost it would better.
