Cz as we see, the seller doesn't provide warranty, so he doesn't have to bear the responsibility. But the problem happened on the 1st charge, so i think it would be fair if both parties split the repair cost. That will be best for both parties.

if buyer has accepted the T&C, then seller is not liable for every single problem that occur on that phone.. accept it, else juz accept desktop charger OR if seller is kind enough, half half cost for repairing
