if buyer has accepted the T&C, then seller is not liable for every single problem that occur on that phone.. accept it, else juz accept desktop charger OR if seller is kind enough, half half cost for repairingCz as we see, the seller doesn't provide warranty, so he doesn't have to bear the responsibility.
