The price of the product has been factored with no warranty. Who knows if warranty was included the selling price might have been higher. When hise purchased the product he/she were should have been aware of the T&C thus have purchased the product with the knowledge of no warranty offered.
In this case I would believe CrazyRock has the right to refuse any compensation/refund. It would be considered goodwill of the seller should be agree to provide any form of compensation. hise may ofcourse ask for compensation/refund but it would be up to the sellers discretion.
