luv4life, i will recommend u to bring over to nearest hp shop and ask them to chk... if just s/w problem, then just flash it and ask james to refund certain amount lo... since u also dunno wat went wrong with the phone rite.... if sell to other ppl, story will cont.. buyer blaming on luv4life, luv4life blaming on james.....

What if after buy the phone and flash-ed to new firmware still the same ?

Just refund the whole thing la.. the only thing wasted is shipping payment. At least it solve the problem. If wanna go check this check that, later both parties waste time, money and energy.
Why is it so hard to refund in full amount when jameslee receive the payment for few days only? So fast used all the $$ already meh... |

Simple stuff make susah and complicated. Full refund and seller find the original phone owner out and work out something with him/her.

y dun u try to flash de firmware again first. i really don think got connection problem wan.....and i wanna check not the dust....since u dowan send go SE place or flash de firmware, dats y i wan the phone back to do all dat.....how vblur can u be la....dun tell me i wanna take back jus to see the dust on the phone.....
