was referring to my own portfolio.
i mean my PRS still +3.15% now, whereas my other funds are in heavy losses. bought same time.
Portfolio was +12k 2 months ago, now -RM7+k.
A swing of 20k in 2 months! find it hard to agree entry price does not matter.

I think Ebola fears are very real.

10Y yield below 2%? By right, stocks like DiGi, Maxis, BAT,Nestle and REITs should fare well then hmm.gif

sad.gif sorry to hear that. (guess most EQ UTs investors are same, same or sama sama much or less also kena)
I just used the Chart center...also noticed Hw Prs Growth fund also dropped abt 4% in the last month.
yes...I do agree with yr saying "find it hard to agree entry price does not matter".
also....no matter how well geographically diversified a portfolio......when US corrects......the whole world is shakened, and mkts corrections are very frequent.
just think of now as a bump on the road.....on a long bumpy road......is our portfolio well positioned for a better returns at the end of this road, at a risk level and amount invested that is comfortable to us?

may I suggest...see in or use % instead of actual RM value.....because it is relative.....20,000 of 100,000 is 20%, where else if 400,000 it is 5%

alamak...as of now DJIA dropped > 300 points.....2% sweat.gif sweat.gif

well, no news on CNN about things like Lehman Brothers, sub prime or govt loan defaults etc in the news......so overall fundamentals is just like 2 months back.....ok...can continue my sleep....just a bump,...just a bump.....just a bump.....bump...zzzzzzz

Not sure if I should bet on Greater China equity fund again. Got badly burnt when investing in Public China Ittikal back in 2007. Luckily, I managed to recoup my capital plus a small profit when I sold it last month.
