Holy crap, I keep having problem ordering the HHKB from Amazon JP with Tenso as the proxy. At first, I use my debit card since it said that Debit does work on Amazon JP. Then, there's an Amazon Prime problem said that my debit is invalid and I need to use other card. After somehow solving the Amazon Prime while using my debit, they said that my expiration date is incorrect when it is correct. After getting tired of the problem, I change to my CC and reorder it but they still said that my expiration date for the CC is incorrect. It also said that I need to choose between the Standard Shipping and Expendited Shipping but an error occured when I choose either one of them. Btw, just to double check, I have to put the shipping address the one that Tenso give me, and the billing address is my standard Malaysia address right?

I have ordered from amazon.jp twice. I didn't ship to tenso because my relatives was travelling to Japan then. I use Malaysia credit card and chose standard shipping. No issue at all. You are right, shipping address is the Japanese address, billing is your Malaysia address.

The only thing you have to note is the way Japanese format their address. You can ask tenso for a Japanese formatted address. Ainuddin has done it also, shipping from amazon to Tenso.

Well, Tenso actually have the format to fill the Japanese address for Amazon, so I don't think the Shipping address is the problem here. Anyway, I tried reordering for the forth time at the moment and no error occured currently, so I hope that it will finally ship my order.
