If not mistaken I got my Debit card to link with Paypal within minutes, it'll charge your card with RM10 for verification and then it'll be at your Paypal account for deduction during purchase.
Well, everything is fast, even you do purchase using Paypal, your phone (mobile number of your Debit card) should alert you with SMS once there's transaction through Paypal.

How about backlight? Do you need backlit on the keyboard?
How about the layout of the keyboard? Full-size or TKL or 60%?

Yeah, I've done numerous transaction with Paypal using my debit and I've never encountered any problem with it.
