how bout cherry mx board 2.0 ? its cheap sold in cycom for 200 bucks

Not recommended as the Caps Lock is not normal layout.
You will have extreme difficulty to get a capslock keycap to replace it.

From the image, top (black) is Cherry 2.0 board keycap, it's uncommon, so finding replacement keycaps is extremely hard and not much choice.
Middle is standard capslock (widely use) , bottom is stepped capslock (custom keyboard, also common)

So, any other keyboard that you have in your mind?

Most of the new comers to mkb thread also wish to buy a full layout.
Do you really need the tenkey on the right side of the keyboard?

Recommendation:-
- Filco Majestouch 2 (highly recommended, but price > RM300)
- Ducky Zero (Less than RM300, reliable and high quality)

Well, in my case, I always use the numpads for entering numbers, mainly because I enter numbers far faster with it. I usually only use the number rows to enter the symbols.

That's why my keyboards will always be full size. If I were to work with a laptop for a prolonged time, I will connect an external full-size keyboard to it.

IIRC, outside MKB enthusiast circles, tenkeyless keyboards are not popular outside USA.

as an avid user of excel, i too have the same reservation with tenkeyless for my first mkb.

right now i'm compromising it well using CM quickfire TK.

i wish more company would come out with such brilliant design.
