Tempting, but I'm not a fan of the default Poker II case profile. Seems like the only real deal I can get for now is this Vortex case or the MKC Aluminum case.

That MKC does look good. If you can get your hand on a FMJ that would be better.

Vortex case in the current Massdrop - I'm confused whether that case is low profile (like yours) or the stock Poker II profile. Does your case look anything similar to that?

FMJ.. I can only drool & dream for now. Need more maggi to built that bajet; but even with bajet also not necessarily can get

This is how mine looks like.


That case on massdrop has a lower profile than the original Poker II case.
The metal plate of your Poker will be on the same level with the case lips, therefore your caps will float.

Get that one bro. At that price point it's a very good deal. Hardly to get better than that.

Tempted to get another TKL but unsure of the quality of Keycool vs Filco, wonder if the typing feel will be as good as Filco.
Do you have a Filco alternatives to compare with?

filco will of course have better build, but this keycool is also great to use, at least for me, jumping from ducky

Size and the shortcut key...
I think the layout HHKB Pro2 for the |\ key as backspace is great.
but I miss the arrow keys... for HHKB's arrow keys, you need to hold down the Fn key,
that make it somehow difficult to make selection holding down shift key...


but for the \| key as backspace,
even as I m keeping my RF87 as my primary keyboard,
I configured my RF87 to make the backspace key "\|".


Any that is my opinion.

Did you use master race Control (which is Capslock key in other keyboard)?
