How did you pay 13k and able to show up in their system; and BT team instantly approve your BT in a few hours?
Did you call them up to inform you have paid 13k?

that was a cut-short version.

actually, i faxed the form earlier, then this conversation came when the aeon bt team called me in the morning to inform that my cl balance not enough (i put as aeon cs). after the conversation, she said she will call me back but she did not mention when. as i was just nearby to aeon credit service, so i paid within that same hour or two. she called me back right after lunch time and did the verification process with me. then within the same hour (45 minutes later to be exact), i received the bt approval sms already.

CS: what an arse



ok joke aside, i do think these people AEON hired has very limited knowledge on their product. The guy that actually made up all these rebate on watami and 0% BT is very smart but frankly their marketing of it just plain suck.

and that is perhaps why we are still able to enjoy above until now

Manage to do RM25 Cashback Redemption Submission for my AEON Credit Card Reward Point through email customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my on 13th Aug. Wonder how long does it takes for the Cashback to be reflected in the statement?

Need clarification:

1) If I sign up for Aeon member card after received my Aeon credit card, did my AEON MEMBER Card points earned from the AEON Credit Card transaction(s) will be transferred to my valid AEON MEMBER Card account (as stated in card statement) on every 25th of the month?

2) Did the point transferred automatically or I need to fill up some form to request the transfer of those point manually every month?

3) Last time Aeon waive the Aeon Member Card annual fee by giving rebate to Aeon Credit Card. Did this rebate still on going now?

Submitted credit limit increase request last friday.
Until now no news and no increase.

I think there is around 3 member including me are now paying using pbebank online with rm0 service charge.
Provided your account is basic saving account.
Some member reported normal saving account in pbebank need to pay rm1.5
