When I applied last time, it took 1 month from application to approval. Submitted at Pyramid and when I call the HQ check, they couldn't find my application and ask me to call SP. When I call SP, they say they couldn't find either so they must had sent to HQ.
After goreng them finally they "found" my application form unprocessed at HQ. |

Actually quite a good strategy. If you already spend more than 1K, why should I give you rebate? If you haven't, then they tempt you into spending even more.
