Terms and Conditions for "Spend RM1,000 & Get 3% Rebate" (Selected Cardholders):   
   
  • Subject to these terms and conditions, selected Principal and Supplementary Cardholder shall be entitled to 3% Cash Rebate in the event they perform retail transactions between 21 August to 20 September 2014 (“Campaign Period”).
  •

The Campaign is open to selected Principal & Supplementary NEW AEON Gold Visa/MasterCard, NEW AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, JUSCO Gold/Classic Visa Cardholders, AEON Gold Visa/Mastercard, AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, AEON Cruize Gold/Classic Visa, AEON Watami Classic Visa, Motorcycle Association Affinity Gold Visa, Cruize Gold/Classic Visa and Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur Gold Visa. (“Eligible Cardholders”).
 
    Qualifying Condition:
  •
To be entitled for 3% Cash Rebate, Eligible Cardholders are required to spend min RM1,000 (accumulative) on retail during the Campaign Period.
  • Cash Rebate is capped at RM50 per Eligible Cardholder.
  • If Cardholder failed to transact the minimum amount of RM1,000 (accumulative) within the Campaign Period, Cardholder shall not be entitled to the 3% Cash Rebate.

  • The 3% Cash Rebate will be credited into and shall be reflected in the November 2014 Credit Card account statement.
  •

AEON Credit shall have the sole and absolute discretion to vary the date and the frequency of crediting the 3% Cash Rebate.  . 
  •

The 3% Cash Rebate earned may be reversed or cancelled by AEON Credit as its sole and absolute discretion if any transaction made by the Cardholders under this Promotion is void, cancelled and/or fraudulent.
  • AEON Credit reserves the right to revoke the 3% Cash Rebate in the event the Cardholder’s credit card account is in delinquent status, invalid and/or cancelled by AEON Credit at the point the rebate is to be credited to the Cardholder’s credit card account.
  • The Rebate entitled is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher or credit, in part or in full.
  • All Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions contain herein and AEON Credit reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend and/or terminate the promotion or vary the terms and conditions of the promotion without disclosing any reasons to the Cardholder.
  • AEON Credit’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all Cardholders. Other terms and conditions in AEON Cardholder’s Guide shall apply.
  •  The 3% Rebate is neither transferable nor exchangeable and are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • AEON Credit reserves the right to substitute any of the Rebate with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for 5% Rebate (Every Sunday) at Petrol Station   
   
  • Effective 1st February 2015, subject to these terms and conditions, the Principal and Supplementary Cardholder is entitled to earn 5% Rebate at any Petrol Station in Malaysia on the every Sunday of the month. (“Campaign”)
  •

The Campaign is open to all new and existing Principal & Supplementary NEW AEON Gold Visa/MasterCard, NEW AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, JUSCO Gold/Classic Visa Cardholders, AEON Gold Visa/Mastercard, AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, AEON Cruize Gold/Classic Visa, AEON Watami Classic Visa, Motorcycle Association Affinity Gold Visa, Cruize Gold/Classic Visa and Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur Gold Visa. (“Eligible Cardholders”).

        
    Qualifying Condition:

To participate in this campaign, Eligible Cardholders are required to spend at any  Petrol station in Malaysia on every Sunday of the month.

*Notes: Petrol 5% Rebate is only for Every Sunday of the Campaign Period stated above.
  •  The maximum Cash Rebate awarded for purchases made by Principal and Supplementary Cardholders shall be capped at RM25 per month. 

    General Terms & Conditions:
  •  Rebate on Fuel spent will be reflected in the following month’s statement on conditions stated below:
    a)     the Cardholder’s account is not delinquent or the Cardholder has not defaulted in payment of the amount owing under his/her account.
    b)     the Fuel spent were not accumulated due to fraudulent activities determined by  AEON Credit Service
  •  The Rebate is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher or credit, in part or in full.
  • Transactions made by a Supplementary Cardholder will be aggregated with those of the Principal Cardholder but only the Principal Cardholder will be entitled to enjoy the redemption of the Rebate on Fuel Spend. The total Rebate on Fuel Spend earned will be indicated on the monthly statement of account addressed to the Principal Cardholder. 
  • The Rebate will be credited into and shall be reflected in the following month’s Cardholder’s Credit Card Account statement. AEON Credit shall have the sole and absolute discretion to vary the date and the frequency of crediting the Rebate. The Rebate may be reversed or cancelled by AEON Credit as its sole and absolute discretion if any transaction made by the Cardholder under this Campaign is void, cancelled and/or fraudulent.
  •

The Cardholder acknowledges that there may be lapse of time between transactions made using the AEON Credit Card and the crediting of Rebate into his/her account. As such, AEON Credit does not represent and warrant for the Rebate to be immediately available into the Cardholder’s account.
  • AEON Credit reserves the right to substitute any of the Rebates with that of a similar value at any time without prior notice.
  • All Cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions contain herein and AEON Credit reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend and/or terminate the promotion or vary the terms and conditions of the promotion without stating any reasons to the Cardholders.
  • AEON Credit’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all Credit Cardholders. Other terms and conditions in AEON Cardholder’s Guide shall apply.
