I always transfer on 2nd and then it get posted on 3rd. But today is the first time getting a call from them asking if I made the payment.

But this month, I did on 1st.

I usually pay on the due date before 10.00 a.m. and so far no issue.
Fortunately for me no call from them yet. Maybe later.

I guess your payment already been posted to their system since you paid on 1st. Mine haven't so I guess that's why I got the call.

Nowaday, they are very kiasu. For my case, I even logged the complaint to them ask them to stop annoying me before even reach the due date at 2nd of month, then only they stop to call me before 2nd of every month

Shouldn't they be happier if people don't pay on time, then they can charge them interest. But it could be a bad debt also

The payment already reflected in my unbilled transaction, issue settled.
If got late payment charge reflect in my next month bill then gonna call cs and waive it.

I have CASA with Citi also. Unfortunately, AEON is not part of the payee as far as I know.

What is the transaction date of the payment? If it is on 2/6/15, u have nothing to worry.

just swipe your card at watami during birthday month will do.
Aeon will "cash back" the RM30 once it posted. make sure they are swiping your watami card using Aeon terminal.


watami bonus point is called Aeon reward point different with Aeon member point. (reward vs member)
reward was redeem via Aeon credit service, member was redeem via Aeon retail (aka jusco)

i read the 1st page said aeon will charge rm1 as fee if payment made throught Maybank2u.com.

IBG = RM 0.10

(excludes GST)

I only use M2U to IBG to Aeon (Citibank) - RM 0.10 only.
