I know originally oso thought as cipher3344. But after i got my latest statement then found out that one of my transaction was not calculated into my thought of period then the CS told me the +1 day to each quarter theory. So for those who are having same thought as cipher3344 can call the CS to clarify on your own quarter period in AEON Watami system, check your result and report at here. I oredi talked to them endlessly they still insist on the +1day to quarter theory! They said they will reflect the T&C of Watami quarter cash back period to management but want me to follow this +1day calculation at the mean time. Hence, i urge all the watami card users here to call them and clarify on thus matter. We don't want the same tragedy as wan7075 did whereby we charged 2 significant expenses into same period, if Aeon system still using +1day calculations.

I didn't receive any acknowledgement from ACS regarding the redemption that I submitted (even I did request for acknowledgement in the subsequent emails). On 2/5, I went to an ACS centre, planning to resubmit the redemption form in hardcopy since I received no response through email. However, upon checking on the computer, the customer service told me that there was a redemption on 15/4 which was in process, and my account was left with ~500 points (after deduction of the points for cash back redemption). There was nothing shown on my unbilled transaction at that time. The cash backs were posted on my May statement, on 10/5.

they are slow in redemption. it's normal.

i fax form to them and 2weeks later i personally go to counter to redeem. they told me still in process. finally my redemption take 4 weeks processing time...

Just to update that previously for the first year of the card my quarter dates are always consistent, eg 8/2 - 7/5, 8/5 - 7/8...

After calling in to check on the latest rebate not being credited, the CS informed me that my quarter dates has been moved to the 12th and this is due to +1 day every quarter, and it seems to be in-line with the latest updates posted on this thread.

Interesting. I will pursue this matter when I am affected in July rebate.

this is really confusing, aeon system is not consistent.

Also it seems their site is still having time out issue today.

May I know when did you apply and how long it took to know the outcome? How did you find out that your spouse's application got rejected? My spouse applied last week and tried to check through phone but the operator said the info entered is incorrect

yeah, the logic is... since everyone have the same statement date of 10th and due date of 2nd every month, why not everyone have the same quarter as well, right?

but anniversary date shud be the same, right?
so even if each quarter add one day, but come next year anni date, it will be back to the same date, which in your case is 8/2, no?

anniversary date and cb quarter can be 2 different things and not related.

My wife submitted to the AEON credit branch and they also printed the EPF Statement from their kiosk.

After about 3 weeks received SMS that application was not successful.

of course its not different thing...its written in their TNC, which means it should revert to the original date unless their TNC has been changed to reflect the new additional day which confused everyone

with that said...the dates CANNOT BE SHIFTED forward by one day too based on the TnC ...it means it SHALL follow e.g. 1JAN to 31st Mar, and then 1Apr to 30Jun and so forth ...clearly they didnt read their own TnC or made any written notice revision to it to be valid...

should tell them this before they make any baseless instruction given by their supervisor

How long does it normally takes for the payment to go through. I've IBG to Citi with my AEON cc number 2 days ago.
I checked online, it seems that payment not yet received, from calculating the total outstanding amount.
Anyway, how do I know if my previous month balance had been cleared or not, it does not have a clear transaction history on AEON online like other banks.
