now i really in deep shit as i do a payment rm3k 3 days after my anniversary date.. if follow it, i may lost all my 3% rebate

Yes users normally are the experts compared to CS

Sometimes I even need to brief the CS on their own products (telco, credit card etc.)

Aeon getting very strict or perhaps don't want to approve new watami cards anymore.

My spouse application not approved. Salary is more than 2x the min.

Got existing 2 cards, clean CCRIS, gave EPF Statement.

Hmmm, so difficult to get CB these days.

problem is, if there is no black and white as proof, what the staff told you would only be a 'mistake' per se.
unless the recording of the conversation is retrievable as proof (that is, if you can remember when exactly and that there was a recording which is still in their archive)

Can download latest statement but strange thing is cannot be printed.

mine no problem.. but problem of logging in for last few days..

this morning everything ok ..

let clarify again.

if my card approval date is 6 march

then

6 March to 5 June=1 quarter
6 June to 5 Sept=2 quarter
6 Sept to 5 Dec= 3 quarter
6 Dec to 5 March= 4 quarter and so on...

it will repeat again every year.
clear enough and easy to understand.

as long as u spend withing those period, and based on posting date.

it is normal u can only see the CB reflect in next statement date, but your counting of CB will always follow the chart i shared.

Yes, correct. Same as the schedule posted in Page 1.

Just able to log in to Aeon website, however it still shows error when I clicked on unbilled transactions.

Let's only try it tomorrow.
