official announcement made. see: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/cm-11s-x...y-update.94409/they didn't list changelog. just briefly said: QUOTE CM 11S 33R OTA is starting to roll out as we speak, and we expect full deployment by the end of next week. This maintenance release provides critical security updates and fixes some known issues. |

btw, i just found out 30O update is now in a single file. earlier installers had another small update for 30O. but the later ones... its only 1 single update. apparently, they merged the two updates.
