My late 1+1 manage go 4% and still alive.
Last Friday (15Aug) night I received 30O update > updated it. (Afternoon I asked for prediction and night time got OTA liao  brows.gif )
Anyway so after I update it, decided to wait for the infamous battery drain, and seems like my unit don't have that problem (phew).
At 4% still alive and kicking; so decided to charge it while I go to sleep. Don't think my unit got any problems described in this forum. And I test kaw kaw the phone during my test time.

Maybe hardware(battery) problem? Not sure.

Btw, that time everything was stock 30O, no root.
*
My first time using it till it's all out of juice was yesterday at 1% so I'm glad. Phew. Battery life is okay too.

got restart, etc? maybe the battery drain starts after restart... same thing about phone shutdown... hahaha...

but ya, ideally, better not to let battery drain.

however, if shutdown at 10%... that's bad... imagine end of day, emergency... battery at 11%... then when wanna make call... abttery drop to 10... phone shutdown and cannot power on. dem jialat.

if you do that to say camera (i know Samsung does this for the camera's flash), then i understand. but power down phone at 10% is overkill.

btw, anyone got check on JIRA if others have complained the same thing?

So far i have not had any call issue this 2 days.Haven apply the fix on the 1st page. What I realise on my network it is set to LTE (umobile) my connection keep going H+ to E constantly. In KL don't have LTE maybe because of that it keep going up and down and there is where I face the call issue. Then I change the network to 3g from what I see it stable on H+ or H.No call issue so far.Don't know is it because of this problem.

Anyone uses long USB (2m) and able to charge OPO successfully? It does detect there is power but it doesn't really charge at all. I'm guessing the length does effect the charging rate.

Went to DAISO and bought another RM5 100cm and a 50cm USB cable to test and see if it works. Its rated at 700mA on the packaging.

Hm.. any chance to identify the brand or where you get it? Most of them doesn't have any info on it so I don't know which one works or not. My 2m one somemore is RM14 and super thick.. yet doesn't charge at all sad.gif the RM5 100cm one from DAISO seems to charge 1% every few minutes doh.gif

i have to ask though, why do you need such a long cable? I find it bad practice to use your phone while its charging.
700ma is less than half of the rated 2 amps the opo can charge at. Maybe thats why..

However must understand that cable length do affect charging rate. Also the thicker the better. Best get 3feet/1m cable. The one I used is monoprice. (6ft,and kinda thin but can charge pretty good) Can't get it local, I bought from Amazon.

Battery drain mostly kernel side. So if your Android OS is high (awake) or you can check with BBS, means got drain. smile.gif
But seems good with your usage.

Edit: Also I notice your network bar is low? If your signal not that good, battery consumption will be higher as it will constantly try to search for network.

Oh wow! such a big difference when using OPO cable when charging. I think I'll just use back the original cable then - just too sayang the pretty OPO cable.
