Got light snack...the presenter talking abt history of architecture..frm Greek time vor...

Went to the EcoSky talk instead, it was a less than an hour session with light snacks.

The talk just over about half an hour ago... Good response as the previous talk.

Quite a dry session, back to basics of what timeless architecture is. But for a layman like me hard to swallow

Btw, they serve homemade ice cream potong after the talk - very nice

Surprise! They will open Merrydale for registration next month and of course as usual to let the associates and members the priority to grab. For public it will be likely open for sale in Oct/ Nov when the show village is ready.

I think Merrydale offers the next opportunity for those unable to grab Cradleton. This time around, I believe most units open to public and lesser associates since most already got theirs just months ago and reckon this time not for staffs.

In the other way, could Merrydale gets higher occupancy rates once both Cradleton and Merrydale completed.

Time for me to introduce to my frens since they unable to buy Cradleton.

That was pretty quick to open Merrydale. Wonder do they have the resources to manage multiple things going on. At this pace, this EM wouldn't take so many years to finish. I rather they take it at sustainable pace. Also wondering if they were grabbing opportunity first before sps south landbank is open.

Anyway if open then the "pm me" spam will begin. Ok la. I start first.

The layout has yet ready for flip through from the iPad but should be ready soon in couple of weeks. Price will be up by 12% - 15% vis a vis Cradleton mainly due to the GST impact though there will be some fine tune to the specs.

Yeah! Still prefer min width 22'. Depending on the staircase layout, anything lesser will probably make the house feel cramped.
