By the way, it took me 40 mins from MRR2 (Ukay stretch) to EMSO yesterday, pretty good for me because it was slow moving initially and then long wait at the Jln Cheras junction. Once cleared, it was smooth, although speeding up I didnt move at go-holland speed, so 40 mins not too bad. Back home I used Silk and exit Kajang to PLUS and that was baaaaaaad mistake

If that's the case, Merrydale offers more exclusive living, with 50 ft frontage and 20 ft backyard, not many such houses development in the whole KV.If future linked / superlink also with similar backyard lenght, it can be rival DPC standard of living, but subject to the price is even higher, say RM 800-900k onwards, thus the profile of the buyers also different. Cradleton, only begins from RM 590k, still yet to be among the living attitude of RM 1mil neighbourhood. |

The Lekas interchange would take approximately 18 or less than 24 months for the completion and I believe they had commence the basic job one or two months ago. Thus, I believe the interchange would be open few months or up to 1 year bfore Cradleton / Tenderfields / Gentlebre completed. |
