By the way, it took me 40 mins from MRR2 (Ukay stretch) to EMSO yesterday, pretty good for me because it was slow moving initially and then long wait at the Jln Cheras junction. Once cleared, it was smooth, although speeding up I didnt move at go-holland speed, so 40 mins not too bad. Back home I used Silk and exit Kajang to PLUS and that was baaaaaaad mistake
Still not very good with the routes, explore here and there but haven't found one satisfactory leh...

I am more interested to know about head to head comparison between cradleton and merrydale, same size, same concept, same infra, same facilities, same amenities.. what else can be different... perhaps BU, spec, design or actual usable BU?

Seems like the superlink will be on the plot next to Lekas highway in future. ...

Different layout, design, sizes and amenities, maybe hard to draw a consice head-to-head competition...

I personally much prefer if EM can arrange Evon to give a talk and brief us about the latest progress of EM project, ranging from the site progress to the future planning of EM in his silversquare development, such as the possible anchor tenants, banks, eateries, etc.

Additonally, shall the lekas interchange confirmed be ready together with the VP of Cradleton/Tenderfield units? So far, no sign on the interchange construction yet.. What's the possible toll rate we are expecting?

As a purchaser, personally what I prefer most if they can provide information on what are they going to be planned and implement, rather then what have been planned and executed..

I presume EM shall build a sports complex much much much better than this, no?

+1 with this idea. Bi-monthly would be nice from any EM staff.

If that's the case, Merrydale offers more exclusive living, with 50 ft frontage and 20 ft backyard, not many such houses development in the whole KV.

If future linked / superlink also with similar backyard lenght, it can be rival DPC standard of living, but subject to the price is even higher, say RM 800-900k onwards, thus the profile of the buyers also different.

Cradleton, only begins from RM 590k, still yet to be among the living attitude of RM 1mil neighbourhood.

I think Teng Yeh highlighted this before.

The Lekas interchange would take approximately 18 or less than 24 months for the completion and I believe they had commence the basic job one or two months ago.

Thus, I believe the interchange would be open few months or up to 1 year bfore Cradleton / Tenderfields / Gentlebre completed.
