EM building fences even before completion building show houses?? why? scare people break in or??   

Lol, true as well. My wild guess this fencing maybe part of fencing wall for the cradleton units.

Really not sure why they build the fencing now, perhaps "show unit" for fencing wall as well?   

Based on what I gathered from the SA after the talk, the membership will be opened to public but quota will be applied, ie after priority given to residents then will decide how many membership will be opened up for public registration.  The sport centre will be ready in stages, ie will just be started with some facilities first and then slowly more will be added / completed.  Among the facilities are 50m lap pool, wading pool, 2 tennis courts, 6 badminton courts, rock climbing etc - but of course may subject to change as this is sth few years down the road amd perhaps the residents then have given their opinions.

Shawnkor- the discount you proposed is for the lifetime membership or monthly fee?

I personally much prefer if EM can arrange Evon to give a talk and brief us about the latest progress of EM project, ranging from the site progress to the future planning of EM in his silversquare development, such as the possible anchor tenants, banks, eateries, etc.

Additonally, shall the lekas interchange confirmed be ready together with the VP of Cradleton/Tenderfield units? So far, no sign on the  interchange construction yet..  What's the possible toll rate we are expecting?

As a purchaser, personally what I prefer most if they can provide information on what are they going to be planned and implement, rather then what have been planned and executed..

But one thing good is they've sent me a letter to reassure their commitment to provide best after sales service possible.

They give a specific staff name in which serve as the main contact person for me from now until the handover of the unit if I've any queries.

I reckon all buyer will receive that letter.

Been asking then the pricing of Tenderfield , just tend to figure out 2 spec ....

- after 3% discount: RM283.24

Merrydale psf price:
- before 3% discount: RM317
- after 3% discount: RM307.49

So diff is about RM25.
