Yeah, I also prefer 22' width like 22x70 or 22x75 ....

With such design ( build till the end ) and concept ( back yard ), I don't mind only 70 long, and my fave size is 24x70 to reduce the high price point but offers much luxuries living and layout in the future.

I was there but dont know any of you. If not mistaken, I heard backyard for Merrydale is 20 ft and price will start from 700k. The talk a bit disappointing for me because not much reference to EM or any of the phases specifically, just about 5 mins mention of facade and not much else about the design throughout.

Bro, tentatively it will be around RM680k - RM700k for the starting price. If you apply 15% on the 20x70 of Cradleton which is sold at RM590k, it's quite consistent with the current available info. Don't think EW will price it ridiculously. Let's be calm and not sending the wrong signal at this juncture.

But I remember another thing - one of the 22x70/75 will have arch design which speaker said is seldom seen nowadays and supposedly timeless design from the past. Agree boh?

One thing I remember clearly and I quote him, "Timeless architecture is memories of the past, foundation of the present and hope for the future." You interpret yourself what it means to you

Seriously, yesterday was really a dry session with lectures of what forms the basic elements of timeless architecture, talking about shapes and patterns etc. The speaker is good but I guess everyone was looking forward to hear about the design of those EM units but end up with little bit of disappointment. There were only few minutes spent on 4 slides of the Merrydale designs and then the talk ended. Didn't manage to snap the photos on the last 4 slides as I sat quite far at the back.

And the speaker came from Singapore?! Alamak, I dont know whose loss, ours, his or EW? Ultimately we rugilah for not getting his prof feedback on the designs inside out.

One more thing the project manager (she's the one who sourced the durian aiskrim potong) said she will fast track the commercial square compared to previous SP launches, meaning she is already sourcing the right tenants to ensure early EM settlers will have a good mix to patronage.
