flying around is quick, just warp point A to point B. however point A to B will take longer as your ships get bigger but i dont think it felt slow or forever.

if you feel flying around in subcap is forever, trying moving in a capital fleet with tidi. that one really forever

haha.. its taking a few minutes traveling here and there.. lots longer than the standard games I'm used to playing.. not so bad with the autopilot on.. but still.. takes some getting used to..

still alot of learning to do.. till I try to complete the tutorials..

Don't AP man, since it only warped you 15 km away from a gate. Since Hi-Sec it's pretty safe....yea safe isn't the word to be bound in space. Inb4 Suicide Gankers. I recommend to turn AP off and just click.

you can AP in highsec under the following conditions:

1. you are in a cheap ship
2. you are in a cheap ship that doesn't carry any expensive cargo
3. you are in a corp that is not at war with any other corps

basically as long as you are not worth the isk, they won't gank you

I'm flying relatively cheap ships? only stuff I'm getting from the tutorials..

haha.. thinking of joining up with a corp.. any suggestions? newbie friendly preferably..

if you have reddit account(its free), you can try Karmafleet or BraveNewbies
if prefer local Malaysian corp, Nim-Lhach got a high sec branch (forget the name, sorry)

else got RvB, eve-university as well.

PS: Brave is just getting farmed by another entity(PL) at the moment though

Edit: Zackler please do update the OP with newbie friendly corp informations even though they are not malaysian corps so we dont have every new/potential players asking same questions

Just do the tutorial, you'll get some starter stuffs. And do read the mission briefing, some of them involve getting the ship you are in to get blown up on purpose.

Each tutorial will you give you ships. Also for making isk Mining is the most profitable and lamest job ever but hey it prints isk.

yeah i do have a mining frigate venture if i not mistaken, currently what i do now mining and selling ores.
but now need to stockpile some since the quest asking me to build a frigate to complete.

I see, btw do make all of those Ships, more profit Btw which Federation are you playing as? Also make sure to take a look in Manufacturing. AFAIS manufacturing ship isn't a much of profit, but drones, ammo and some other stuff are. Take a look at the market and get dem spreadsheets ready

Also last tip, since you're on Trial, get as much money as you need. As I mean when your trial near ending ady transfer all your cash to the new account and ship aswell. Do tutorial one more time = more ship.

lol...so sad to be new players now.......back the time i join in EVE, i get enough donation money from old Kopitiam players to buy a cruiser with full PVE fit....so kedekut la old players these days...
