as of fozziesov which is coming on June, the mechanism of sov is changed from bashing structure to king of the hill type.
i won't go deeper into mechanics as its really weird and lengthy, not to mention confusing if you did it the wrong way

simple, current mechanic require shooting down structure, so bigger ship with bigger firepower will have high advantage. that is why power bloc has titans for that. so a 20 man fleet with 2 titan and ships guarding it will prevail against let say 300 man destroyer(just an example) in taking sov

fozzie sov information at this point isnt in full details yet. but most powerbloc agreed that additional pilot does make a difference now like what Celestia explained. also titans is supposed to have a nerf and play a lesser role in sov

Most NPSI fleets are public. Just join their channels. You could try Redemption Road, that's the AUTZ NPSI one. Or you can just join Spectre Fleet. They have an insanely good cloaky ninjas fleet every single day because RiotRick never sleeps. We were in a wormhole today waiting for a connection to Scary Wormhole People's home because they were getting evicted by Lazerhawks and we wanted to kill some dreads but apparently they were letting Dropbears rageroll holes with mere machariels instead of capitals like competent people do (Lazerhawks literally rolled a Moros through a wormhole and closed it instantly just as we found it, so they were obviously doing it right), so after an hour of wasting our time we dropped fleet after giving them ample warning, cloaked up, waited at the new sig (because they suck so hard that our stealth bomber fleet found the new sig 10 minutes they did) and killed their battleships when they came back in

It is simple, as the corp recently obtained control of over 80 T2 BPO we need the security of being able to lock the BPO. House of Nim-Lhach shares was owned by Shu Jia/Fronty Jia and we request the shares to be transferred to the 3Cs (CEO, Chancellor and Chamberlain). After waiting for about 2 weeks without response, we decided to start Raging Tapirs (BTW, Happy World Tapirs Day) and lock down all T2 BPOs in it. One day after everything is done, Fronty came back and transferred the shares to 4 people (instead of requested 3). By then, we've decided not to go through the motion of voting to unlock 80+ bpos, then voting to lock the BPOs again etc. thus we continued with the plan and transfer to the new corp. Basically it's the same management, same crew.

Note: For those who have not tried corp management interface, it is hell to vote to lock BPO and hell to vote to unlock BPO due to absolutely crappy interface provided by CCP. For those who have, please go to EVE forums and lambast them for us.

is that mean there is 2 active corps currently?

yup that voting management system for corp interface sucks

im waiting for the day when CCP revamp the corp/roles/pos/alliance interface

CCP will somewhat revamp role UI today. Reduced number of screen but the base function remains the same.

As for voting mechanism, they can just make what you've voted go away and that'll help reduce 40% of the load (finding which item you've already voted and which didn't). This had been brought up in EVE forums but CCP have yet to do something about it.

Let's see how things goes.
