QUOTE(lung85 @ Nov 8 2014, 07:46 PM) is it possible that i dl the offical firmware n load it without reset all my phone to factory default. meaning to say juz like load firmware but it help me replace the firmware but all my file n document remain untouchable. If you proceed to flash firmware through Odin, internal storage + external storage data will not be deleted. Only your system and apps is restored to factory like state.

Hey guys,
I've been using my phone for well over a year now and I think my battery is starting to give way. Battery consumption is normal but it takes forever to charge these days.
Unrooted, all stock. Thinking of getting a new battery. Should I get original or 3rd party with higher capacity?

The last one i tested was Alucard, just set to Battery profile in Stweaks, i managed to get 5Hrs SOT easy after 3 full charge cycle

QUOTE(fkinmeng @ Nov 9 2014, 03:22 PM) in Stweaks, Default CPU Governor: Alucard? ok thanks. Alucard is the best governor for that particular Kernel. Set Hotplug to Alucard Hotplug. My setup :- Alucard Govn All cores - Alucard Hotplug - ROW scheduler - Undervolt each frequency clock by 50mV, can go over 75mV or more. - I/O speed to 2048

Hi bro, my rom is freah install without any aftermarket apps install yet, and is fully idle (from the battery log there is no single awake in 4hours time), but it drained 9% in just 4hours, far more worst than stock rom,so i doubt greenify can help here...anyway i will try out... Download this : BetterBatteryStats v2.0 [Google Drive]Download and install BetterBatteryStats above, install, when you open it the first time it will prompt to install as System app, just proceed and Reboot. Once you installed the apps above, let your phone idle for as long as you can, overnight is better. Then after long hours, open the app and check all pages for wakelocks or any. In my assumptions, this could be: 1)Phone wakelocks 2)Wifi wakelocks 3)Google Play Service Have you tried playing with Privacy Guard?

But when I try to install the zip file at my sd card, there is an error with the flash n then directly restart my phone bk to home screen. Anyone can tell me which step I got wrong? From your screenshot, looks like it is not Philz CWM recovery, might be old version of CWM or stock samsung recovery. Can you explain what is your steps from the beginning? So we can trace back which part that sux u up
