i done my 45k services 2 months ago, below Rm160 after discount during promotion month.

hehehe....sayang bini mar like dat wan besides with the
rempit stories nowdays, very hard for Motorbike sales ppl to sell their bikes!
below RM160/- ok wat, for after warranty service & sales

20 months already and i'm about 1000km away from 25000km I'll send my car in for servicing after the Raya holidays I guess.. don't want to go 'rebut' with others who wants to get their cars serviced for their balik kampung journey

problems creeping out one by one.. bey tahan sial

the service centre where i sent my car, everyday also pack with people who wanna service.

bro, how bad?

1. ECU Upgrade, unsure if it's normal or problematic. Whilst cruising at 100km/h or higher, when you lift off the accelerator.. the RPM climbs as much as 400rpm before reducing.

2. Front Disc rotors warped.

3. Uncomfortable suspensions. loose "sounds" when travel on uneven roads.

4. Part of dashboard creaking.

5. When reversing, there's loud shudders coming from the dashboard.

6. Aircond requires servicing.

7. Time for Wheel Rotation

1. Usually noticeable when you cruise on highways. More noticeable at high speeds cuz you'll be able to hear the intake's noise level climbing.

2. Means my front disc rotors, both of them requires skimming or replacement depending on what the SCs mechanics says.

3. Quite a turn off in terms of driving experience. Even the hyundai at home absorbs them better.

4. Certain parts, especially when it's cold you can hear them creaking.

5. It's the most recent problem to crop up on my car. Happens everytime i reverse the car.

6. There was a stranger odour previously but it's gone now. SC recommended aircond servicing when the car reaches 25,000km which i'll be doing soon. During the day when it's hot, I had to turn up my aircond to 3rd level.

7. I skipped the rotation during 20,000km. Doing it at 25,000km so that when it's 40,000km, maybe i'll replace the wheels/tires.

sry, i dont get u.
my car just pass 1 yr, already finished all the free service, now clocking at 42500km. so what item i can claim?

i think he meant that if it's 2 years and your car clocked perhaps only 30,000km then you can claim the 35,000km and 40,000km service items in advance. I haven't tried such a thing, so ain't sure if it's possible or not..

But since you already went way pass your free maintenance mileage, there's nothing for you to claim

sry..typo. "if you cannot finish the free service within 2 years." hehe

walao... ur mileage two years still not more than 40k?? geng!! mine one less than one year already 40k km, now now only 1 yr 10 months already exceed 80k km lo... siao liao~~

oic, i though got free stuff to claim after free service

so i wonder, if we going back to the SC for regular service after 40k? can we bring our own lubricant, filters, ATF, brake fluid & those consumable stuffs during the service?

the 3yrs or the 100,000km warranty would not void if i do so?
another Q: must use the appointed brand & spec by the SC?

really desperate to know it since my 45k service will be right after raya.

speaking of milage my car 16january2006 until today : 20k ++ donno when 40k, the later the better

Don't think they allow bring ur own lub etc to replace.

don't put high expectation those vehicle QC in local assembly

4. Part of dashboard creaking. GOT THE SC TO SOLVE THIS, TOOK THEM 3 TRIES BEFORE THEY MANAGE TO SOLVE IT

5. When reversing, there's loud shudders coming from the dashboard. MINE IS NOT THE DASHBOARD, BUT THE EXHAUST

6. Aircond requires servicing. DID THE SERVICE AT 25K MILEAGE

hi guys, anybody hv this prob? gear locked at P and cannot press the shift lock button. Hv to put the key into the shift lock hole then only can unlock. my gf's father's city is having this prob on n off.

If the horn has been changed, either add a relay or replace the fuse with a higher amp one. Else, send it back to the SC and tell them about the problem. Might be the positioning of the gear lever which requires adjustments.
