this is the 4th live action movie in the series.

not so good, perhaps the novelty of the idea is gone...

not a movie for those who did not watch the previous live action or animated series. 2/5.

...
if u like operation mekong, u will probably like extraordinary mission.

not as action packed but enough of it.

directed by alan mak who did infernal affairs and overhead trilogies. 3/5.

I will.. Earlier, I thought I've seen it, but a quick check on imdb and I haven't. So that's next up on the list.. Synopsis reads good.. Thanks.

2:22 (2017)... "Ever had a dream that felt so real?" A man's life was indeed derailed. Wasn't mind-blowing, neither was it boring.. So I'd rank it 2/5.

Inspired by true events. Absolute joy as recommended. Got me hooked from start to finish.. Well choreographed fight scenes and camera shots, allowing to follow each hit or countermove.. A solid 4/5 in my books.

This was kinda hurtful to watch.. The whole time, I was like.. Really???.. C'mon, how did Bruce end up with this? Any episode of the Big Bang Theory which is under 25 minutes long gets genuine laughs out of me and I'd laugh more watching BBT than I did for the entire duration of this movie.. They tried so hard to make it funny, I see that.. So I'll give em that.. Rate at 1/5..

I don't really follow the Resident Evil universe.. Just enjoy watching em when I can and in whichever manner.. This is a good animated R.E. movie. Good visuals on account of they paid attention to even small details, like the bounce in one's hair.. Physics and fight scenes were on point. Reminded me of Iko Uwais's moves from The Raid series.. smile.gif .. unsure why it gets a 6 point score on IMDB, should have gotten at least 7, closer to 8... I'd rank it a 3.5/5.

Yeah, I get that I'm a hard man to please.. biggrin.gif

No so much Musa...

The rest yes.

Yeah, there is a level of "grittiness" to Korean movie. They are more willing to take risk, with their storyline, unlike Hollywood

They kinda reminds me of Hong Kong movies, during the 80s and 90s...

The Promise(2017)
Director-Canadian-Armenian-Terry George
Stars -Oscar Isaac, Charlotte Le Bon, Christian Bale,
Daniel Giménez Cacho, Shohreh Aghdashloo.

Beginning in Istanbul, the capital of the Ottoman Empire,
on the eve of the First World War.
The Promise portrays an old school love triangle
between an Armenian beauty, Ana(Charlotte le Bon),
her American reporter boyfriend, Chris(Bale) and
Armenian medical student, Michael(Oscar Isaac) against
the horrific backdrop of the Ottoman slaughter of its
Armenian citizens.

Inspired by true events.
Though not a perfect film,it's important that it was made.
Ottoman genocide (1915)
An important film about a crime against humanity that is
still denied to this day by the nation that perpetrated it.

Sometimes called the first genocide of the twentieth century.
Other similar events that follow-
