Shouldn't be a major issue as it can be solved by paying a fine to DBKL and adhere to the requirements to do the construction only during the normal working hours.

It happened to the Holmes 2 and Avara Seputeh, but after doing the above, its business as usual.

Project has resumed since last week. Just checked with a contact in DBKL. Only offline for a week or 2. All systems go!

I don't think so. It's not the one directly behind SkyMeridien. In fact, Pangsapuri Negeri Sembilan is nearer to Fennel and Capers.

Are you sure the project back to work? Because no progress at the site till now.

Taken this week. I'm quite sure project has resumed. Height progress is not the only indicator of a project. Could be internal work as well.

Middle pic is from Tower B which has 'suddenly' caught up with Tower A and sightly overtaking Tower A from my observation. Project is progressing well.

Wonder what they're going to do with the current residents/tenants of the Sri Negeri Sembilan flats.

Temporary house them in one of their SkyAwani affordable condos while the affordable/replacement block are under-con and once that's complete, they can move back in?

I think you are kinda right, Skyworld will build "800 affordable units 300 m away from the current housing site" and the current residents will move in after that project is completed. Skyworld can start the development project on the current housing site after the current tenants move into their new units. But it's still unclear what they plan to develop on that land. If it's residential building, hope it wont block much of the KL city view... I wonder how the traffic gonna be...


On a side note, anyone knows any walking distance eating place around that area? Or grocery store etc?
