I got that lens for my Nikon system.
It's ok for its price. But I don't like the manual focusing ring. Too sensitive haha.

Based on this video by Christopher Frost. Tamron 28-75 is optically fine. Probably the complaints are about its cheap plastic build, focally starts at 28mm and not 24mm, No image stabilization, Non USD/USM AF, not weather sealed. Its not comparable to a Canon L lens build.

Well, for larger prints, in high contrast area you can see a little CA.
Makes portraits with wide open aperture a little tough.

If you have the budget and you are into one, by all means.

Good means, as 5d3 already in market, will 5d2 specifications too outdated? If not too outdated then is good.

Its not outdated in the FF photography area. But its not really the only budget FF in the market. 6D has better ISO performance than 5d2 and not that much more expensive. 2nd hand Sony A7 mark 1 & A7R mark 1 cameras are seen in the market on the cheap too. 2nd hand Nikon D610 is also around that price area too.

2-4K has more choices for decent FF than ever before now.

But if you're patient you can wait next year for Canon 5d4 to be released sometime in 2016 and that should knock 5d2 prices cheaper even cheaper than now. But they also rumoring the release of the 6dii also, which would knock the 6D price down too.

It's still a very capable camera. Of course it won't be the best for action/sports kind of photography but for portraiture, studio, planned wedding, landscape etc it will still deliver the goods.

EOS 5D2 is way better than EOS 60D. Even the EOS 5D can take marvellous photos by today's standard.

Put it simple la, photographer no use camera no matter how good also no help.

technologies alone, the 5d2 is very outdated i would say. a sony a7 mark 1 beats the 5d2 in every aspect, yet being cheaper used.
