35km 25 stations.. Klang has few stations..

Do explain how is the pers hishamudin station important when the whole area is walking distance to the stadium station? its only 800m frm each other..

Both Klang north and south are booming due to few mega developments such as botanic, Setia Alam, bandar bukit raja , parkland etc. A decent public transportation in this aea is essential in order to transport more people who can't afford a shoebox in the city but earn their bread and butter in the city.

Public transport on jln langat is extremely important.. sadly LRT doesnt cover setia alam area which reli needs a LRT..
My point is fewer nt so important stations (esp in shah alam) to reduce the time travelled while still maintaining the catchment.. I heard the KJ line has too many stops few of which hv very few ppl frequenting it..

Ideally if every 2km 1 station it will be perfect provided land is not an issue. The timely bus can service the Community within the 2km radius. It's easy to comment but ultimately it's all back to the company who manage this infra.

We can have superb infra and techno but may not be able to achieve the results as intended if it mismanage by unqualified and incompetent management.

Nevertheless, these lrt project definitely going to benefit setia alam resident as well. The nearest station will be jalan meru for setia alam resident

When everything is up, I'm sure the increase of pedestrian traffic within that 500m will change everything

True.. in that case i hope MPK reli revamp the area la.. make it look nicer by forcing the shops to upkeep their image or tax them

Surprise surprise.. this one could hv boosted house prices in Shah alam though.. If the gov't says they are using the money to fun public transport then ok laa

Since when does a toll rate justified housing prices? As far as the market trend is, which ever developments situated near the accessibility of major highway wins.
