sorry a newbie here..
how to make xiaomi m3 display both graphically and percentage battery at the same time? since my mom just got this phone and even i'm not sure how to do this? in the setting can only choose either one.. is there a theme or something that could enable this? (without rooting ofcourse)
*
Find some new themes. Each of theme have their own design of battery indicator.

What do you think of this? http://goo.gl/g3oAt4

The article said the phone phone home.

it's for their data analysis.

But it doesn't bother me much. Coz nowadays, not onli xiaomi, even Apple, Google, Facebook, Whatsapp, Insta, even Paypal share records of their users and collect them for analysis purpose aka data mining. It is thru these analysis where they can provide better service. Even Apple was confirmed to have collected users' data without prior notice to them.

Nowadays data = money. Insurance/bank companies use $$ to buy data from data mining source for eg, get phone numbers from telcos so that the insurance company can get a list of number to call and promote their insurance plan. Something like that. Some fresh or new companies might need some data, hence they might buy data from some of the companies that collected users' data like Apple, Google and Xiaomi. No big surprise there.

Btw, gud morning to our TS kamikraze, time for new tered dy~ Pass 2500 post dy~ Xiaomi ke arah kuasa dunia! icon_idea.gif

Is it true that some of the useless google apps (eg: google plus) come back after we updated to V22?
*
If it is a Android version update eg 4.3 to 4.4.2 then yes, some Android apps will come back eg Google+, Play Music, Play Movie, Play Newsstand, Drive, Hangout, but can be deleted if you don't need them.

My Samsung Mega also same scenario when i get a update few months back, all those apps been installed despite i don't need it & the problem is it can't be delete, i can only disabled it.

This is very interesting phenomenon. He knew he already lose in previous battle. But he still want to gain back the crown. I guess we should salute to him for his not-giving up spirit. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Hey guys, about that mysterious V23 update last night, I found an interesting fact in miui taiwan forum.

According to them, it's actually a dev rom release. But somehow they released it to the stable rom users. So they removed it after they found out their mistake. That's also the reason why the change log is missing since it's an incomplete version.

Anyway, mistake or not, I think it's no harm since some of you already updated without any issues. Just thought I should share this info.
