Taking photos at night time, and dark areas, still look very clear....my phone and ipad cant even take photos at dark areas lol, so many noise and cant see anything at all

Tried the snooze thingy with my current Mi3 (Latest Dev ROM) & spare Mi3 (Stock MY ROM)
I can confirm that on both ROMs, the snooze "X" are there.

So it must be something else that caused the "X" not to appear on your phone. Maybe there's a setting that was turned off?

Every company takes our data but I think the issues raised in the forums about Xiaomi & Baidu was that they never disclosed anything nor what are their plans with the data.

At least with FB for example, we know they're using it to have targeted ads for more revenue streams.

If you use latest dev rom with kitkat & google camera, you can see a lot of difference.

The problem is in the algorhythm of the camera rather than the hardware itself.
I don't think Xiaomi have a dedicated image departments like Sony or Lumia, hence the mediocre performance on stock camera

It can be done on Huawei and Lumia phone but not Mi3.
And i dont think its available on Samsung either, last time using S3

The camera sensor in mi3 is quite good but it is hampered by the mediocre software quality

I wish for Kitkat before hari raya so that I can use google camera app to snap pics on that day

Actually if you know how to set manually, still can take quite decent picture.

But not average user friendly la, hope for more improvement!

It is the same sensor as Note 3, S4.

As you can see the software (camera firmware) is crucial.

It will be better than the stock camera, but nothing beats a well written camera algorhythm.

If MIUI V6 *cross fingers* were to come out soon, I guess they should come with a better camera

Without root, cannot use market enabler which I'm using with my Nexus.

Either that, a pirated app which is illegal to discuss here.

So if i use the old phone Huawei to download (purchase) then can download again at Mi3 ?

Just checked, I guess I didn't noticed it was locked.

My Mi3 cant boot, when connect to charger the LED light keep on blinking in red. Anyone know how to solve it? Or anyone else face the same problem?
