Solved, what I did was replace the charger into a larger one. Less than an hour charging and Mi3 can boot up again.
Oddly, the original charger from Xiaomi can't help solve this problem sad.gif

What's the difference between official dev rom and multilang dev rom from http://en.miui.com aside from the additional language? Which one is better?
