anyone knows how to change the region (without rooting/dev rom) to download region-locked apps like Plants vs Zombies 2 ?

It can be done on Huawei and Lumia phone but not Mi3.
And i dont think its available on Samsung either, last time using S3

No idea..
If they want to push the Redmi Note sales then they might probably only sell that for the next 2-3 weeks.
And also they might need to stock up Mi3 for India

See they are still selling Mi3 there (just started not long ago right?)

Not sure whether will faster or not.
Coz b4 this i was using S3 on 2A charger and when check the charging current it can only goes up to 1A max.

Maybe they will sell Mi4 at MY soon lol.
Thats the reason why i didnt stock up from the last batch. Managed to checkout 6 units Mi3 but i didnt pay.
