probably due to permissions, try check on Phone Manager app or Google Settings app

After comparing H3C vs Redmi 1S vs Zenfone 4.5 vs Zenfone 5 (highspecs).... in the end I chose H3C. I think it's the most balanced specs out of those choices.

Hopefully the GPS doesn't disappoint though.

Yeah I read from you guys feedback here. Seems like Mediatek had improved on this. That's why I chosen H3C. I wonder how long it will take to arrive. Faster than Xiaomi right? lol

yeah, it's good enough ..battery use hours also quite fine, and gps lock? within 6 secs outside (not indoor)

Ya from vmall. Now still have stock I think ha ha. The market is saturated.
I will use it as my second phone but I will bring this phone when I go cycling. That's why the GPS is important lol.

If we unlock the boot loader if there's new versions of KK we just need to update via the local update method by downloading the package or can get the IT'S updates?

u mean just unlock the bootloader but maintain the same ROM (in this case is B113) ?

1. unlock ur bootloader 1st...!!!

2. take out the battery & disconnect the usb
3. dload the zip file
4. extract it to c:\
5. run c:\CWM_flashtool_Honor_Dalet11\flash_tool.exe
6. click scatter-loading
7. browse to c:\CWM_flashtool_Honor_Dalet11\CWM\MT6582_Android_scatter
8. tick DA DL all with checksum
9. press f9
10. connect the usb (w/out the battery)
11. wait until green circle appeared

And also if we want to re-lock back the bootloader, can we flash UReflash only w/out B108 file (coz after re-lock , wanna flash B113)

Tips:
* If you receive error #6010 from SPFT while flashing, please load scatter file in 'UReflash' folder and flash the file first.

Are you kidding me? I have three recoveries there! TWRP + CWM Mod, CTR 1 (CWM based).
All have been ported, checked and further optimized for H3C based on it's partition table and device id.

You must have problem understanding my guides, coz earlier ask you to help upload B108 two times also wrong,
you failed to follow exactly my instructions, hey dude i am worried about you...
don't try anything unknown ah later real hardbrick i tak taw oh...
For example other recovery might have diff partition table, their /data could be /system in H3C, if you factory reset die lor...

EDIT: but lucky the one you posted is compatible i think.


The one you quoted was 'Flashable Custom ROM', ROM ROM ROM....
I cannot guarantee the one ported for china set will work on MY set either, i tried MIUI yesterday but failed to boot.

You can just reverse the exact steps and skipping others, but using ROM_B108 not UReflash

Are u referring to this MIUI ?

I still didn't understand... or do u mean load scatter file from B108_SIGNED and untick everything EXCEPT :-

I just managed to dump stock rom & unlock teh bootloader.

Mind to explain what would cause the IMEIs missing when flashing custom ROM...hence the modem fix?

Duh.., try custom ROM on locked bootloader? cari susah meh.... ofcause on unlocked bl...

If i am not mistaken i tried the one from HERE.
Maybe that wasn't for our device, i cincai cari and found one, need login to dl from needrom, lazy to reg acc.
