AP vs Ori:
All set sold by vmall.my is ORI set. Ori set comes with LOCKED BOOTLOADER, any attempt to flash china firmware will result bootloop or bricked phone.

CHINA firmware: V100R001CHNC00Bxxx
MY ori firmware: V100R001C900Bxxx

1. How to check Ori or AP set?
Ori set are from vmall, and the listed website here. For AP/China set, can check at firmware.
CHINA firmware: V100R001CHNC00Bxxx
MY ori firmware: V100R001C900Bxxx

2. Can I flash to china latest firmware? Like EMUI 2.3?
If your set is ORI set, then no. Ori set comes with locked bootloader. If China set, then yes.

3. Is USB OTG supported in H3C?
USB OTG is not supported, and will not be added in the future.

4. Why my abc apps won't shows up in notifications?
Check under Phone Manager -> Power Saving. Tick any apps you don't want to get killed when screen goes off. And also check on Notification Manager in Phone Manager as well.

5. How to root?
Refer to guides section.

Recently bought this phone for my pops who is in his 50s. Very good price given the specs. While setting up the phone I did not manage to find any faults. Battery life seems OK for average day-to-day usage.

Let's see how long is it before it starts to break. tongue.gif

It's sold out as it's a flash/hunger sale. It'll be made available every week, just have to follow the Facebook page for when it'll be made available as it's not like Xiaomi that does it on every Tuesday.

so far h3c performs well, tho ori users still stuck with my firmware (locked bootloader).. unless summerwind release the guides later on icon_rolleyes.gif
