Besides, the Honda City has 5 years/unlimited mileage warranty, unlike crappy Vios
with only 3 yrs/100k mileage....why risk voiding the warranty? ?

Yes. Definitely too light...when it goes up, I also feels the spring going up also not strong enough, need to push up a bit, cant push too hard either because its light,not sure how to explain it..but i guess you will 7nderstand what I meant.
When closing, I just push it down lightly, dont dare to slam it.

I would say, service as owner wish. End of the day, it's the owner problem if there is a need for a warranty claim. Simple.

This is my Third Honda, I would say it is depending on the service centre. Is their rights whether to help you or strictly follow the rules.

Better get the words in black and white, or else every entity can change their term and condition from time to time, without prior notices. After few years, really find some claims needed, the SC can change the words simply if no any statement wrote. Then chia lat liao.....

Last reply. you still have no proof(and have NEVER prrovided any links, screenshot of the T&C etc) other than you believe what your SA said and didn't acknowledge the fact we are talking about vast gap of service interval, not just a mere 500km difference.
