that new shops also like very less only, 1 or 2 rows and that's it ...

Chinese area no problem but I still think will take many years to fully occupied..... unless the owners all stand strong with high rental,then die together la...haha...this area is very good if you compared to balakong there.....very rundown, many foreigners....

last Saturday I went cuti cuti Malaysia to the area behind one amerin.....walao....sibeh many foreigners, its like rohingya is everywhere....

I think that area still Chinese restaurant dominent.
But serious speaking, the food then not good n pricey.

That area shop lot when newly complete think also good prospect.

Yea wor, that area is very ong leh. I stay around that area ge, weekend always jam. I called to developer office, although yet official launching but the sale can start liao wor. Heard the sales not bad leh, around 60% woh! I think those who interested can call developer
