luckily they don't build shopping center, shoplots definitely the smartest decision....

would be a very good complement to aeon cheras selatan...

Chinese area no problem but I still think will take many years to fully occupied..... unless the owners all stand strong with high rental,then die together la...haha...this area is very good if you compared to balakong there.....very rundown, many foreigners....

last Saturday I went cuti cuti Malaysia to the area behind one amerin.....walao....sibeh many foreigners, its like rohingya is everywhere....

Don't you think that area is very dirty??? Rubbish is everywhere especially the inside part....I think this area can't be saved anymore, let's focus at new balakong : cheras traders square.... haha

One amerin have a big screen in front of it, very modern style....I like it....behind one amerin is kampung rohingya...haha
