ya i know, but you cant expect it to be a prime suddenly with Cheras Selatan being a very new buildup. i remember everyone was saying C180 will fail but so far i see they are still surviving. That's why having Cheras Traders Square would open up alot more possibilities. Last time no one ever imagined C180 and Aeon will be there at all, its just a spooky little road that i take as a shortcut to BTHO years ago.

That one row of shophouses is not bad the kopitiam foodcourt at corner during night, always full.

As for KV location wise... It consider at very strategic location. Located Between kl n putrajaya. No need pay toll to Putrajaya. No toll to kl if exit from btho or Alam damai. At here it Surrounded by manyak highways. Not deep deep in macam MC and SL.

Both Batu 11 and Bkt Balimbing road are very bad

Chinese area no problem but I still think will take many years to fully occupied..... unless the owners all stand strong with high rental,then die together la...haha...this area is very good if you compared to balakong there.....very rundown, many foreigners....

Don't you think that area is very dirty??? Rubbish is everywhere especially the inside part....I think this area can't be saved anymore, let's focus at new balakong : cheras traders square.... haha
