Harmony Chinese Tea just opened below TG. Cultivate Lim tea culture good for health. Nice quality old pu'er tea brick hard to get, it worth like gold.

Think to invest in trader park but want to look for more advice

Maybe you can check scp past project on Google reviews. It's just 1 of the way. May not 100% accurate.

Or check their scp website to find out.

Management seems pretty terrible generally from their reviews. Someone shared SCP sub to a company called KJ Management and their reviews are even worst.
