Crowds are building up last weekend i went, mostly is on the eateries. Day time the Maybank there is the attraction factor. Parking is hard to find nowadays at night.

weekends during the night is crowded. no doubt about that.

The banks there helped tremendous with the flow of people over there, imagine if the bank is not there. Besides Maybank we have HSBC and another bank i forgot. I doubt during daytime there will be that much of people around. At least its a good start and increase of people compared to the few years back. Lets be optimistic on this.

What things that you think should be offered to boost up the value there ?

SCP still got projects on hand i think. They put future project, so dunno how far is that future project gonna start ... maybe after GST only they will re-decide.

Yes i agree. Banks being there is a good start to attract other tenants. So far the ones you mentioned is more or less avail.

low and high class restaurant, - at most i think is on the mid class restaurants
convenient shops, - there is 7-11 and KKspeedmart
barber, - some saloons are there
kopitiam, - this one its lacking here, mostly at the row of shops behind aeon
banks, - maybank hsbc and another bank
pet shops, - yes a few pet shops there
clinics, - didnt see one tehre.
hardware shops, - yup avail
furniture shops, - didnt see one there
lighting shops, - yup avail
drinking places & etc. - mamak stall yes, beer and pubs i not sure though.

Looking at it there is some potential, population should pickup after the few highrise nearby is completed. Lets hope for the best.

ya i know, but you cant expect it to be a prime suddenly with Cheras Selatan being a very new buildup. i remember everyone was saying C180 will fail but so far i see they are still surviving. That's why having Cheras Traders Square would open up alot more possibilities. Last time no one ever imagined C180 and Aeon will be there at all, its just a spooky little road that i take as a shortcut to BTHO years ago.

That one row of shophouses is not bad the kopitiam foodcourt at corner during night, always full.

location of coz, i think most would prefer to stay nearer to KV if they frequent KV instead of staying at Semenyih, Bangi as alternative.

ya saw the land clearing when on rooftop aeon too .. looking good

ya wo that one used to be the fun fair temporary ground. Out of sudden then start construction shops lagi... but i think the take up rate for Cheras traders square would be better since aeon and c180 is just around the corner.

that new shops also like very less only, 1 or 2 rows and that's it ...

one amerin also good le, got shopping .. can elevate the status there also ... looking forward to it...

The density of residence there are still low actually, i think if the nearby highrise once VP should boost the takeup rate of the shops. That might take a few years to hold ... potential area but need holding power.

if they are offered generously by developer i think they will consider moving.. or maybe move to nearby mall ?
