The 270k is the SAMM unit, under Selangor government.

That's why it made no sense to buy the affordable component here, where the bebas unit is similarly priced.

Looks like some units already post up on website for rent.
Heard average 1 unit can get 2cp. Some units even up to 4cp. This area always not enough CarPark.

room rental here quite strong... just like sri petaling... everyone prefer convenience in term of basic amenities within walking distance although there are no train station nearby here....

Quite good rate if can get the rate as mentioned for whole unit, also believe many office workers from factory/R&D Lab, technician or shop office, branch manager, sale person may need to get a room here.

Here also not far from KLIA and toll free to KLIA too, will here also attract some air stewardess stay here?

Batu 11 Cheras mrt station about 2km distance from C180 maybank. If it has better pedestrian walkway or bridge, the walking distance could shorten to less than 1.5km.

Really need some big players like sunway or hapseng come-in to redevelope the big old factory place next to C180, and opposite area too.

Yup, not easy. The highway and old factory blocking the proper walkway connection and making it far away to reach mrt station.

Plenty units here suddenly burst out to the market. Can see rental price throwing stage now. Need time to consume & observe the demand.

Seen kosong units rental for 700+ sqf on ads around rm800pm.

Not really family choice of long stay. Believe too many investors in this pool.

Family stay condo/highrise around should be Akasa, wotp, cloudtree, Vina and Lake vista.
