those are room rental ads la bro... partially furnished for 3 rooms here still holding for 1500, fully furnished can go up to 1800... and not reli investors project... more than 50% of own stayers too... convenient has always been a major factor for own staying... not reli everyone need to stay at those fancy2 stuffs like u mention geh...

I think major are for ownstay also, last time i went to traders garden many people are on the facilities floor

my fren tried to focus on rental for that condo... but too many own stayers... stocks will soon become lesser for the agents and soon will be more demand more than supply like pinnacle sri petaling... now pinnacle even full unit rental also no stock but enquiries keep coming in... can foresee TG heading the same way eventually...

Recently seen many Japanese expats at Cheras Business Center located not far from Leisure mall. Many of them eating at Yakitori restaurant there which was quite nicely designed at the CBC area.

This seems like more & more expats spread out from KL city & Velocity to leisure mall area. Hopefully slowly will spread near to CTS here.

Karaoke Cinema also can just walk. No need worries jam on road late for show.

You can get almost everything here, from electronic kitchenware, toiletware, hardware, spareparts, lightbulbs, gadgets, optical glass, clinic, dental, saloon facial treatment, grocery, furniture showroom visit and many more.

No need to drive most of the time, can save alot petrol fee.
