Cool foods... not sure taste how.

Bar and lounge nearby. Really ong happening area. Always hard to find parking. Background is TG building.

just a matter of time, when more ppl move in to TG, this will be super jam like sri petaling area dy... those who come in from other place gonna be ready to brace the jam and lack of parking... even now... 11am-12pm already hard to find parking dy... lol

agree, its been long time since i step into sri petaling by car... unless i park at pinnacle there and then walk around the area, otherwise dont even think of drive into the commercial area...

It's really like Sri petaling shoplots area situation... Jam. Only different here got an Aeon mall with cinema and hospital.

Found many Korean restaurants around here mostly owners are Korean. Some even got Korean waiters not bangala.

Are there many Koreans stay around here too?

Maybe economy no good. Mont kiara expenses too high, chose to settled at here?

Maybe next wave could be more Japanese moving here too? Coz economy at their country also not that good too. Mont Kiara & sb Saujana area expenses too high?

Here slowly got some Vietnamese restaurants popping out too.

Korean BBQ is everywhere at c180 and cts. This location was at the dodgy back area of c180, quite secluded & quiet area. But now this back area also really Ong and nice. Business quite good and crowded.

Think still new to judge... Could be usual hiccup for most of the newly handover service apartment or condo.

Can check their past project review like Seasons Garden Residences at Wangsa Maju.

for me their workmanship and the quality of items given for this price point is good... but then the mgmt quite palia at this stage only... overall its something that can be manage once owners take over the JMB...

Some photos could be uploaded by the owner or contractor. Overall Looks OK. Lift lobby area got full wall tiles nice.

The unit seems like direct facing west. Coz can see symphony & silksky...Not sure how hot the temperature it gonna be during noon and sunset. Hopefully future traders park can help block the heat from the sun.

Sorry to say that TG layout kitchen quite small. It's more like a pantry for you to do some light cooking.

The layout really like built for Coliving purpose. Unless the family doesn't like to cook. If not, kitchen need to fully extend to the yard.

MPKJ map. Commercial zone (blue & light blue colors) expanded from CTS all the way to batu 11 mrt. Along the way many old industrial zones have converted to commercial zone.

Famous Kuchai Sichuan cuisine 川香阁 finally got a branch at CTS here. Their foods are quite authentic & yummy, many China people also said really taste like their hometown taste.

It seems like many China people also come stay somewhere around here.
