last time C180 sell below 2mil for 3 storey shop office....now this one selling 2.45mil.....montly repayment oledi more than 10k.... for commercial....be prepare to hold more than a year....so...burn 150k easily ....dun play play....

mine last time at C180 hold more than 6 months....even now....C180 not all occupied.... now oledi nearly 2 years for Phase 2 VPed...
