seems sudah buka for sales jor.... 270k for 2 rooms 2 cp.... and literally just beside C180.... ini macam pinnacle sri petaling at half the pricing....

vibrant location will always succeed in msia... as for mrt/lrt prop.... mehh.... lets hope it will fly in the future... we can assume anything and everything... but the prop market now... better focus on what the location offers to you now and not solely in the future....

sizes in offer also have to be considered... and also their distance to amenities... i would say... within walking distance everything is there is better than u need to drive to get it... the aeon cheras selatan been there since almost more than 10 years ago.... if no potential... they tutup shop already long time ago...

its just namely rsku.... but its a studio unit... and only one cp tambah need pay 10% dp... those who able to pay 10% dp i think have better financial management than zero down bebas buyers no? and they are buying at almost similar pricing persqft to bebas buyers... although til now i cant make any sense towards this arrangement by selangor gov... maybe they just wanna keep in sync with central gov hope of offering alot more affordable housing kot... studio also consider as affordable housing doesnt make any sense....
